The law supplements clause 4 of chapter XXI "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Customs Code of Ukraine by sub-clause 9 stipulating that: by January 1, 2018 the equipment and components to them (except excisable goods) that are not produced and have no analogues in Ukraine, were not used and are imported to the customs territory of Ukraine by economic agents implementing investment projects in priority branches of economy, are approved under the Law of Ukraine "To stimulate investment activity in priority branches of economy to create new jobs" for the purposes of own production connected with implementation of such investment projects.
The respective bill was registered under No.11027.
